When is Cawabanga KYC required?
The policy sets two triggers: before requesting a withdrawal, and before total deposits exceed EUR 2,000. The deposit figure is cumulative, not a limit for one transaction. It is not a withdrawal minimum or a verified BDT allowance; ask the operator how the threshold applies to your account currency.
Verification is also subject to ongoing review. The policy allows additional checks according to account activity and risk, so an earlier approval does not mean documents can never be requested again.
Successful registration, a password reset or access to the cashier does not establish that identity verification is complete. Check the actual request attached to your account. Use login help if you cannot sign in to read it.
Documents needed for Cawabanga verification
Sections 5 and 6 of the policy cover personal identification, residential address and ownership of the payment method. These are different checks: a transfer receipt can identify a payment without proving who owns the sending account.
| Check | What the published policy specifies |
|---|---|
| Identity | A valid government-issued photo document: passport, national identity card or driving licence. It must show the holder's name, photograph and date of birth clearly. |
| Residential address | A utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence issued within the last three months, confirming the stated residential address. |
| Payment ownership | A bank statement, an online-banking screenshot or an e-wallet screen showing the payment method and the customer's name. Credit and debit cards must be personal, rather than corporate or owned by someone else. |
The identity process also collects your full name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, email and phone number. Compare these with the account details before sending files. If you find a mistake, ask how to correct the record.
Can I use a Bangladesh NID?
A national identity card is one of the document categories named in the policy. Check which Bangladesh NID version and images the operator accepts, including the required sides and file format.
If your name appears differently in Bangla and English, describe the difference and ask what supporting evidence is needed. Do not alter an ID image to make its spelling match the account. The published policy does not establish a universal translation requirement.
Proof of address or payment ownership is missing
If you do not have an address document in your own name, ask which alternative the operator will accept. Explain what you do have rather than sending another person's bill as though it were yours.
For a bank or wallet account, the evidence needs to connect the method to its owner. A screenshot showing only an amount or transaction ID may leave that question unanswered. Ask which view or statement is required if the account-holder name is not visible.
Is a selfie or source-of-funds document required?
The standard document list does not specify a universal selfie requirement. If your account receives a separate selfie or other identity request, follow its instructions and confirm the submission channel.
The policy provides for enhanced checks, including evidence of where funds or wealth came from. Such a request is separate from proving ownership of a bank account or wallet. Ask which records and period are required; an ownership screenshot alone may not answer it.
Prepare readable documents before submission
Read the account's instructions for accepted file types, size limits, document sides and capture method. Those technical specifications are not set out in the public policy. Before submission:
- Check legibility. Open the file and make sure the requested text and photograph can be read without glare or motion blur.
- Include the required area. Avoid cutting off details or document edges needed for the check. Include the reverse side if requested.
- Check dates. Use a valid identity document and address evidence within the policy's three-month window.
- Compare personal details. Resolve a spelling, birth-date or address discrepancy through the operator's instructions.
- Keep the content unaltered. Do not edit names, dates, balances or document text. Ask which unrelated payment details may be masked before redacting them.
Use clear filenames so you can identify what you sent and when. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, card security codes or crypto recovery phrases in a verification message.
How to submit your Cawabanga verification documents
Read the instructions shown for your account and work through the request in this order:
- Open the existing account and read the request. Identify whether it asks for identity, address, payment ownership or additional evidence. Keep the wording or request reference.
- Prepare the requested files. Check their contents against the requirements above and the specific technical instructions you received.
- Confirm where to send them. Use the designated account upload area or another channel expressly confirmed by Cawabanga. If no route is shown, ask support before sending identity documents.
- Submit and keep the acknowledgement. Note which documents you supplied, the date and any case reference. If the upload fails or no acknowledgement appears, check whether the files were received before resending.
- Read the review outcome. If a correction is requested, address that item and retain the same case reference where possible.
For an unclear request, email support@cawabanga.com with your account identifier and the request wording. Ask which document is needed and where to submit it. The public support address is a contact route, not an instruction to attach every identity document to your first email.
On a phone, save the error message before closing a failed upload. Use mobile access help for browser problems and support guidance to prepare an account enquiry.
Verification pending, rejected or asking for more information
The public KYC policy does not give a fixed review time. A successful file upload is not the same as approval. Keep the submission date and any estimate provided for your case, then ask for an update if that estimate passes.
| What you see | What to check or ask next |
|---|---|
| No upload confirmation | Check whether the file appears as submitted, if your account shows that information. Otherwise ask whether it arrived; an interrupted upload does not establish receipt. |
| Pending or under review | Ask whether the submission is complete, whether anything is required from you and when the next update is expected. |
| Unreadable or incomplete document | Identify the missing side or unclear detail and provide a new readable file through the same designated route. |
| Name, date or address does not match | Ask which field differs and what correction or supporting evidence is required. Keep the original document unchanged. |
| Document type or date rejected | Compare the rejection with the requested category, validity and address-document date. If you cannot supply it, ask for an accepted alternative. |
| Payment ownership not established | Ask which evidence would connect the payment method to your name. Another copy of the same transaction receipt may not resolve the missing ownership detail. |
| Approved, but another request appears | Read the new request: it may concern a different check or updated evidence. Ask what remains outstanding instead of assuming the earlier approval covers it. |
Quote the exact account message when following up. If the rejection does not identify what needs correcting, ask for a specific reason before sending the same file again.
If you cannot resolve the request through the first exchange, retain the documents' submission dates, rejection wording and replies. Use support follow-up guidance to request further review.
Does verified status mean my withdrawal has been paid?
No. Identity approval and payment delivery are separate events. Once the outstanding check is resolved, review the withdrawal request itself: has it been accepted, dispatched or credited to the receiving account? Use Cawabanga withdrawal help to trace that stage.
If the remaining restriction concerns bonus funds, ask which condition applies and consult the bonus terms. Completing KYC does not itself complete a wagering requirement or turn bonus credit into an available cash balance.
The policy states that customers who do not complete KYC will be restricted from transactions or access to services. If you cannot provide a requested item, explain the problem and ask for the accepted next step, including how any existing balance or payment will be handled.
